Before you arrive at a Novant Health hospital for your procedure, you will need to complete the pre-registration process. Pre-registration is required for both adult and pediatric procedures. We provide two convenient ways to pre-register:

Pre-Procedure Guides
Our Pre-Procedure Guides include helpful general information you will need before your procedure, including guidelines as to arrival times, pre-procedure meals and documents to bring with you on the day of the procedure. You will need Adobe Reader to view these PDF documents.
