Our bodies have a way of telling us when things aren’t quite right. Some of the body’s signals that you may have a sleep problem include:
  • Difficulty getting to sleep or staying asleep
  • Awakening too early or difficulty awakening
  • Snoring loudly or being awakened by your own snoring
  • Awakening with choking or gasping for breath

  • Excessive sleepiness during the day
