It is best to call ahead of time so that your images will be ready for pick-up when you arrive. Images are usually picked up at the Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center Radiology Department located on the first floor of Presbyterian Medical Center, 200 Hawthorne Lane, Charlotte, NC.
When requesting copies of your images, please let us know if you prefer to pick up your images at another Novant Health Imaging location. Most requests will be processed within 24 hours. A release form must be signed by the patient at the time of pick-up.
