Lymphedema is a condition caused when lymph fluid builds up in tissues and causes swelling. The Lymphedema Clinic provides expertise and support for those who experience lymphatic swelling following surgery or treatment.
If you had lymph nodes removed or injured during you cancer treatment, you may be at risk for lymphedema. If you experience persistent swelling at any time during or after treatment, you should consult your physician.
