Understanding your cancer and its treatment options can be confusing and frightening at times. Novant Health Cancer Center offers cancer patient navigators to guide you through every step of your treatment. These specially trained nurses support you and your family throughout your treatment by:
- Linking you and your physician to expedite care
- Explaining diagnosis and treatment options
- Answering questions throughout your treatment
- Connecting you with community resources
- Providing access to psychosocial support
