Skin Cancer

Skin cancer is the most common form of cancer in the United States. And because it is visible, it is the most easily diagnosed and treated.

Skin cancer can develop in almost any area of the skin, but it usually appears in areas that are exposed to the most sun, such as the face, neck, forearms, and backs of hands. Early detection by your Presbyterian-affiliated primary care physician can make the difference between an easily treated condition to one that advances and requires more aggressive treatment.
