Any patient who requires an inpatient stay will spend time on our
cancer unit, found on the seventh floor of Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center in Charlotte. These spacious rooms feature a guest day bed, TV and refrigerator. Visitors are given unrestricted access, and one guest can stay overnight. Family and friends also have access to the family room – a space perfect for relaxing, watching TV or grabbing a cup of coffee.
Patients looking for something to help pass the time may enjoy Brett’s Cart. This multimedia cart, created by Bruce and Gretchen Jensen in memory of their son, features a computer, Playstation and movies for anyone on the unit to borrow.
