Cancer Support for You & Your Family
Novant Health Buddy Kemp Cancer Support Center
offers two breast cancer support groups. Our Bosom Buddies support group meets every Wednesday at 10 a.m., and our metastatic breast cancer support group meets the first Tuesday of every month at 1:30 p.m. Patients and families can also benefit from other support services offered at Buddy Kemp, including counseling, support groups, case management, educational seminars and a lending boutique.

With certain cancers, such as breast cancer, family history is an important indicator in determining your chance of developing the disease. With our cancer genetic counseling program,
you can work with a genetic counselor to learn how your family history may influence your risk for cancer. Based on the assessment, genetic testing options may be further discussed with you.
