What does sleep have to do with your weight? Maybe a lot!
Getting enough sleep helps your body create the hormone that controls appetite, by telling your body “I’m full” when you have had enough to eat. Not getting enough sleep can mean that not enough of this hormone is being made, making you more likely to overeat.
