In order to make sure that our standard of care is excellent, we contact patients by telephone after they return home. Surveyors ask patients for their feedback about nursing care, food, room cleanliness, how well we explained complicated tests and procedures, and other areas. Our results are then compared to those of other hospitals around the country.
