Part 1: Application 

Materials must be postmarked on or before January 15: 

  • Submission of completed Application for Admission form 
  • Payment of a $35 application fee 
  • Submission of college transcript(s) documenting degree awarded and satisfactory completion of required perquisites 
  • If prerequisite courses or degree completion courses are in progress, submission of proof of enrollment
  • Submission of three reference forms

Part 2: Interview 

If all requirements in Step 1 are met: 

  • Interview with faculty and observation in the Radiology Department 
  • Satisfactory criminal background check 
Not all applicants interviewed are accepted. The process is competitive.

Part 3: Pre-enrollment 

If accepted into the program, entrance is contingent upon: 

  • Negative drug screen 
  • Payment of a $75 acceptance fee 
  • Proof of immunizations

Reactivation of Application 

An applicant who did not qualify or was not accepted may reactivate his/her application by contacting the program between October 1 and January 15. The faculty will review the previous application, confirm current contact information, request additional transcripts if applicable and request current reference forms if those on file were submitted over six months ago. No additional application fee is due upon reactivation.
