CHARLOTTE, NC – Keith Anderson, MD, a board-certified sports medicine and family medicine physician at Cotswold Medical Clinic, earned recognition from the Charlotte Business Journal as one of the region’s brightest, most talented individuals under the age of 40. Dr. Anderson and others were honored at an event at McGlohon Theater on March 7.
Dr. Anderson provides care in a variety of settings in addition to Cotswold Medical Clinic. He is the team physician for Queens University of Charlotte and Myers Park High School and also works with the USA Canoe/Kayak team. He has served athletes at the Charlotte UltraSwim® and Thunder Road Marathon, and in 2011, he traveled to Hawaii as a medical tent physician for the Kona Ironman® Triathlon World Championship. Dr. Anderson has had the opportunity to care for some of the world’s best athletes but also takes great pride in his ability to help average people stay healthy and active.
Dr. Anderson volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters. In addition, he and his wife support the Christmas Village through their church, and he has served as a volunteer team physician for several schools.
