Presbyterian Hospital Matthews has received the Professional Research Consultants Special Recognition Award for its outstanding physician satisfaction scores. PHM scored in the 90th percentile in all areas measured including questions regarding physicians' perceptions of the hospital's "Overall Quality of Care" and "As a Place to Practice Medicine." There was only one other hospital in the country to receive the prestigious award.
