Festivities will include a ribbon-cutting, tours and hors d’oeuvres. Opening remarks and the ribbon-cutting will begin at 6 p.m. on the sixth floor nurses station followed by tours until 8 p.m.
"We welcome the community to tour our new state-of-the-art addition,” said Amy Vance, chief operating officer of Presbyterian Hospital. “Presbyterian Hospital has a long tradition of providing remarkable care for the Charlotte community, and we are excited to expand our services to meet our patients’ needs.”
The new F-wing is a 100,000-square-foot, four-story vertical expansion built above Presbyterian Cancer Center. The fourth floor includes a new public safety/emergency management office and 5,000 square feet of additional educational classroom space. The fifth, sixth and seventh floors of the F-wing include 90 new state-of-the-art patient rooms and a 20-bed cardiac triage unit.
