The Novant Health Community Care Cruiser will work with identified places of worship to provide routine site visits and provide immunizations to youth in need.

Almost all sites are located on the bus line for easy access.
Hours of Operation
The Cruiser will see patients between the hours of 9 a.m. - noon and 1-3 p.m.
Youth ages 0-17 will be seen on the Cruiser. The Cruiser is designed to meet the needs of the un- and underinsured youth in the greater Charlotte area. Those who have full insurance coverage should continue to see their primary care physician.
